The floating offshore wind sector is entering a new era-scaling up, reducing costs, and unlocking deeper waters with stronger, more consistent winds. Floating wind technology enables deployment in deeper waters and expands global wind energy potential.
The EU-SCORES project is thrilled to announce our involvement in the 5th Annual Floating Wind Europe conference. Our colleague Sander des Tombe will participate in the panel “Winds of Change: Harmonising Floating Offshore Wind and Commercial Fishing”. Sander will share his expert insights on:
– Dutch developments in exploring fishery in fixed-bottom wind farms
– Practical lessons learned integrating offshore solar or wave energy in the EU-SCORES project
– Project outcomes related to using marine spatial planning as a tool for conflict resolution
Tune in to join the conference on March 12 & 13, Amsterdam. For more information and registration, visit the official website https://lnkd.in/e4HW2cgS
