The new public deliverable, “D5.10 Technical and Logistical Optimized Layout for Utility Scale Multi-use Parks,” led by DMEC under the EU-SCORES project, highlights:

1. The compelling advantages of co-locating technologies for energy smoothing and shared infrastructure, lowering both CAPEX and OPEX.
2. A case study at the Ten Noorden van de Waddeneilanden (TNW) site showed a potential 22% increase in energy density.
3. Multi-source parks dramatically improve grid reliability, cutting prolonged periods of low output (below 20% capacity) by 86.5%.
